Ordering & shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and most are dispatched within 7 days. You will receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves us. See the Shipping page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. US transit runs about 3–7 business days and international 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Is there free shipping?
US orders over USD $80 ship free. Below that, domestic shipping is a flat $6.50. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your local authority and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking, and a tracking number is emailed to you automatically on dispatch. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@yogi108.shop.
Products & safety
Are your apparatus load-rated, and where can I find the figures?
Yes. Rated working loads, dimensions and materials are published on every product page. The figures describe a tested working load with a safety margin in reserve, assuming correct setup on a level, stable surface.
Are inversion and backbend props safe to use?
Our apparatus is built to support your practice, but it does not remove the inherent risks of inversion and backbend work. Practice within a range you have trained, progress gradually under a qualified teacher, and always set up on a level, stable surface. Consult a physician before beginning inversion, backbend or headstand practice if you have a history of injury, are pregnant, or live with any blood-pressure, heart, eye, neck or spinal condition. Our products are equipment for movement practice and are not intended to diagnose, treat or address any medical condition.
How do I choose the right prop for my practice?
It comes down to intention: blocks bring the floor closer, straps extend your reach, bolsters and blankets fully support restorative shapes, and benches, wheels and wall units carry load through inversion and backbend work. Our Practice Guide walks through each one.
How should I care for and clean my equipment?
Wipe steel and hardwood surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them; clean mats and textile surfaces with mild soap and water and let them air-dry fully before storage. Avoid harsh solvents, and store apparatus indoors away from prolonged damp.
Returns & payments
What is your return window?
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, in original packaging and resalable. See Returns & Refunds for the summary.
Which items can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, items that contact the skin — such as acupressure mats and pillows, or straps used against the skin — cannot be returned once opened or used. They remain returnable while still sealed.
How are refunds issued, and how long do they take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we will arrange everything, including return shipping where needed.
