Shipping
How and when your order ships, what it costs, and how to track it — wherever you practice.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Most orders are dispatched well within 7 days. During sale periods or around public holidays, processing can sit at the upper end of this window. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves our facility.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We offer a flat domestic rate, with free shipping above a simple threshold:
- Free standard shipping on US orders over USD $80.
- Flat $6.50 standard shipping on US orders at or below USD $80.
Rates are confirmed at checkout before you pay. Larger apparatus may ship in more than one box; tracking is provided for each.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions, and are shown in full before payment.
Carriers & estimated transit
We ship with established tracked carriers. Transit windows below are estimates that begin once a parcel is dispatched; they do not include the processing time above, and customs clearance can extend international delivery.
Summary: United States 3–7 business days; international 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent automatically on dispatch — please check spam or promotions folders if it does not arrive, and contact us if you still cannot find it.
International duties & taxes
For shipments outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority on delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. We cannot predict or refund them. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided exactly as entered. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at support@yogi108.shop — if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, contact our team at support@yogi108.shop with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. Our support hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm ET.
