Returns & Refunds

The 14-day window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Returns requested after 14 days, or for items that show signs of use, may be declined or refunded only in part.

Items that cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, some items are not returnable once opened or used. These include anything that makes direct, repeated skin contact, such as:

• Acupressure mats and acupressure pillows
• Straps and bands used against the skin
• Any item where the hygiene seal has been broken

These items remain returnable while still sealed and unopened. This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged or faulty — see below.

How to start a return

Email support@yogi108.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you receive your RMA — unauthorized returns can be delayed or refused.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Who pays return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us. The exception is below.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will put it right at no cost to you — by replacement or full refund, your choice. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange everything, including return shipping where one is needed.
