Refund & Return Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from YOGI 108 FL LLC. This policy explains when and how you can return a product and receive a refund. It applies in addition to any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, which it does not affect. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are unopened and in their original, resalable condition— that is, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of use or that are returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products that are used in direct contact with the body cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty. This includes, for example, the Acupressure Mat & Pillow, straps, and any other skin-contact prop. Once the protective seal or packaging on such an item has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return unless it arrives faulty, defective, or incorrect.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@yogi108.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- We will review your request and, if eligible, send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it following the RMA instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving authorization.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a returned item we do not receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Your original shipping charge is non-refundable, except where the return is the result of our error (for example, a faulty, defective, or incorrect item). Refund timing after we issue it may depend on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yogi108.shop with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@yogi108.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled under the return process described above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible original item for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
Statement descriptor
Charges and refunds appear on your bank or card statement under the descriptor YOGI108 GEAR. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it so we can help resolve it quickly.
